  • Parents Struggling to Connect: I'm here to help you find better ways to relate to your children, whether it’s home tensions, unhealthy attachment and its influence on your parenting, or problems seeing eye to eye with your children.
  • Women Post-Childbirth: Dealing with family pressures (such as those created by the pandemic, work-life imbalance, or everyday stress) or feeling lost after having children? I understand, and I don't judge. I am here to support you.
  • Adolescents Facing Challenges: Adolescence can be painful. From self-destructive behaviours like disordered eating and self-harm to depression, I offer a helping hand to adolescents and their families. 
  • Neurodiversity Support: I specialise in helping children and adults with ASD, and ADHD, especially those navigating the effects of late diagnoses.
  • Overcoming Perfectionism: If you're grappling with perfectionist tendencies, self-limiting beliefs and behaviours, or people-pleasing, you're not alone. I will guide you through self-discovery and growth with empathy and discretion.
